Connie M. Kenaga, a longtime resident of Richmond, left to be with the Lord. She leaves behind her son Keith (Tracy) and grandsons, Colten and Dillon. Daughter Pam and granddaughters Amber and Heather, and several great grandchildren. Brother Ralph Ayers (Bobbie) and sons. Connie was born to Arthur and Florence Ayers. She was proceeded in death by Paul Kenaga and parents. No service is planned at this time.

John Joseph Sanders, Jr.

John Joseph Sanders, Jr., 66, of Richmond, died Tuesday, May 24, 2022, at his home, surrounded by his loving family. 

John was born on May 5, 1956, in WaKeeney, KS, the son of John Joseph and Donna Marie (Riedel) Sanders.  He was united in marriage to Bridget A. Courtney of Rosedale on July 25, 1987; she survives of the home. 

Martin R. Dehn

Martin R. Dehn - age 62 of Richmond, MO passed away Wednesday morning, May 18, 2022, at Ray County Memorial Hospital in Richmond. Martin was born on November 11, 1959, the son of Louis John and Elsie Marie (Lynn) Dehn in Kansas City. Martin was a truck driver and for the last 20 years was a crane operator for Flynn Midwest. His passion was working on trucks spending time in the shop tinkering and running his crane. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

Glen Lee Parkes

Glen Lee Parkes, 57, of Richmond, died Sunday, May 15, 2022, at North Kansas City Hospital. 

Glen was born on December 25, 1964, in Richmond, the son of Howard L. and Doris M. (Abbas) Parkes.  He was united in marriage to Tracey M. Hewlett-Parkes of Richmond on July 20, 2018; she survives of the home. 

Joyce C. Ketchem

Joyce C. Ketchem 92 of Richmond Mo., formally of Plattsburg Mo., died Monday May 9, 2022, at a Richmond Mo., healthcare facility.  Born on December 6,1929 in Trimble Mo., to Raymond and Leola (Warren) Lizar.  She was a member of the red hat society, golf and bunco club.  Joyce was an ombudsman for seniors.  Very active in the Democratic Party, Clinton County Historical Society and the Plattsburg Senior Center.  She had many Epic Times with her special friends Sandra, Judy and Brenda.

Larry David Brune

Larry David Brune, 66, of Richmond, died Tuesday, May 10, 2022, at Ray County Memorial Hospital in Richmond. 

Larry was born on February 9, 1956, at Whiteman Air Force Base in Knob Noster, the son of Lloyd Douglas and Joan (Stephenson) Brune. 

Survivors include: two sisters, Susan (Bruce) Adams and Betty (Tim) Glynn, both of Richmond; nephew, Justin (Courtney) Hook; three nieces: Jamie (Jeremy) McGinnis, Tina Adams, and Amanda Hook; eight great-nephews and great-nieces; two great-great-nieces; several cousins; and aunt, Janet Allen of Houston, TX.

Eugene Allen “Gene” White

Eugene Allen “Gene” White, 69, of Henrietta, died Saturday, May 7, 2022, at Saint Luke’s Hospital in Kansas City. 

Gene was born on December 14, 1952, in Lexington, the son of George Jesse and RoseMary (McCrindle) White. 

Survivors include: brother, William Robert White of Ravenden, AR; two sisters, Mary Edna (James) Clark of Aurora, CO, and Connie Templeton of Oak Grove; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews also survive.

Lora “Jane” Repine

Lora “Jane” Repine, 88, of Carrollton, died Friday, May 6, 2022, at Brookdale Senior Living in Overland Park, Kansas. 

Jane was born on September 16, 1933, in Carroll County, the daughter of Fairl Dan and Lillie Jennie (Daugherty) Repine. 

Survivors include: 16 nieces and nephews; many great-nieces and nephews; and several great great-nieces and nephews. 

Anna Mae Jennings

Anna Mae Jennings of Orrick, MO was 86 years young when she passed of natural causes on May 6, 2022 at home in Orrick surrounded by family and loved ones. Anna was born on April 13, 1936 to Allen Oliphant and Goldie (Dodson) Oliphant in Manes, Missouri.

Amanda Lynn Morgan

Body

Amanda Lynn Morgan, 28, of Higginsville, died May 4, 2022, at her home.  

She was born September 14, 1993, in Lexington, during the great flood. They were living in Richmond at the time and the fire chief had to transport Stephanie on the fire truck, to get her to the hospital. 

She grew up in Higginsville and graduated from Lafayette C-1 in 2011.
