Bruce Allen Moore, Jr., 57, of Richmond, died Thursday, Mar. 24, 2022, at St. Luke’s Plaza in Kansas City.

Bruce was born on Mar. 6, 1965, in Kansas City, the son of Bruce Allen and Barbara (Drew) Moore, Sr.  He was united in marriage to Maxine Lee Burt of Kansas City on June 15, 1985; she survives of the home.

Ricky Wayne Alexander, 61, of Excelsior Springs, MO passed away on March 17, 2022 at home. A visitation will be held on Monday, March 28, 2022 at Hidden Valley Funeral Home of Excelsior Springs at 10:00AM. A funeral service will begin at 11:00AM with a graveside at Woodland Cemetery, Richmond, MO to follow. Mr. Alexander was born in Richmond, Missouri on November 03, 1960 at Ray County Hospital. Ricky was in the marching band in high school playing the tuba. He loved bowling and was an avid dog trainer, even owning his own dog training business.

Vinetta Ann (Loyd) Garnett

Vinetta Ann (Loyd) Garnett, 62 of Orrick MO passed away Monday, March 14, 2022 at Ray County Memorial Hospital.  

Vinetta was born on March 10, 1960 in Kansas City, Missouri, to William Eldred and Betty JoAnn (Huffman) Loyd. Vinetta worked and retired from Commerce Bank in downtown Kansas City. Vinetta was united in marriage July 3, 1989 to Robert "Bob" Garnett, of nearly 23 years where she nicknamed herself the "Evil Wicked Step-Mother", he proceeds her in death.

Lyndsey Jo Vance of Linn Creek, passed away on Monday, March 14, 2022, at Lake Regional Health Center, Osage Beach, MO.  Lyndsey was born on April 6, 1985, in Richmond, the daughter of Michael Vance and Donna Vance. 

Thomas Dean “Nick” Ford

Thomas Dean “Nick” Ford, 79, of Richmond, died Tuesday, March 8, 2022, at his home, surrounded by his loving family. 

Nick was born on September 5, 1942, in Carrollton, the son of Leroy and Eva May (Chenowith) Ford.  He was united in marriage to Angie Lvonne McLallen of Richmond on December 23, 1967; she survives of the home. 

Additional survivors include: son, Clinton D. Ford of Tularosa, NM; daughter, Tracey J. (Jay) Sim of Holton, KS; 10 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; four brothers: Marty, Mike, David, and Ronnie; and sister, Vicky. 

Laticia May Hedrick

Laticia May Hedrick, 82, of rural Camden, MO, passed away Thursday, March 3, 2022, at North Kansas City Hospital. Laticia was born on Oct. 25, 1939, to William R. Smith and Lydia (Bellis) Smith. She had lived most of her life in the Camden and Orrick areas. Laticia was a graduate of Orrick High School. Following high school, she attended a business college. Laticia was united in marriage to Norman Keith Hedrick.

Paul Allen Stineman

On Friday, March 4, 2022, Paul Allen Stineman, 62, of Richmond, MO, went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.  Paul would want everyone to know that he’s not in heaven now because he was a good man or because he had done good things, which he was and he had.  He is in heaven today because he had given his heart and his life to the one true God, Jesus Christ, who died for our sins and rose again so that all who believe may spend eternity with Him. 

Ritchie Moyer Vick

Ritchie Moyer Vick, 72, of Orrick, MO, passed away on Feb. 28, 2022.

Ritchie was born on May 3, 1949, in Excelsior Springs, MO to John Vick and Virginia (Moyer) Vick. In his early years he lived in the Millville area and then moved to Richmond, MO. He moved to Orrick when he married Sally (Gooch) Vick in 1976, she survives of the home.
