Cleo Frances Hayes

Cleo Frances Hayes, 91, of, Richmond, died Sunday, July 24, 2022, at Shirkey Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Richmond. 

Cleo was born on February 28, 1931, in Carrollton, the daughter of Frank and Ora (Austin) Snyder.  She was united in marriage to James E. “Jim” Hayes of Carrollton on November 16, 1952; he preceded her in death on December 19, 2016.

Michael Eugene “Mike” Mansell

Michael Eugene “Mike” Mansell, 75, of Gladstone, formerly of Orrick, died Saturday, July 23, 2022, at home, surrounded by his loving family. 

Mike was born on June 30, 1947, in Kansas City, the son of Elton Eugene and Joanna Jean (Hughes) Mansell.  He was united in marriage to Sandra Sue “Sandy” Jeffries of Orrick on December 30, 1964; she survives of the home.

Pamela Sue McBride

Pamela Sue McBride, age 75, passed away at Hospice of Hamilton on July 24, 2022.  She was born on July 2, 1947 the daughter of Melvin and Dorothy (nee Bowers) Rodenberg.  Pamela grew up in Cambridge City, Indiana and graduated from Lincoln High School in 1965.  On August 20, 1967 in Cambridge City, Indiana she married Myron “Doc” McBride and together they had 2 children.  Pamela helped establish the Monfort Heights Animal Clinic with her husband.   She was happiest surrounded by family and friends, especially when attending and supporting her grandchildren’s ac

William J. “Bill” Manley

William J. “Bill” Manley, 78, of Rayville, died Friday, July 22, 2022, at Shirkey Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Richmond. 

Bill was born on May 31, 1944, in Kansas City, the son of Harry Eugene and Hazel Ruth (Johnson) Manley.  He was united in marriage to Pauline Henry of Lexington on April 16, 1966; she survives of the home. 

Additional survivors include: son, Kevin Manley of Gladstone, and daughter, Renea (Jim) Macaluso of Parkville. 

He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Rose Alice Callahan.

Lester Veach

Lester Veach, 86, of Richmond, died Tuesday, July 19, 2022, at his home, surrounded by his loving family. 

Lester was born on August 18, 1935, in Osceola, the son of Benjamin and Sarah Ruth (O’Banion) Veach.  He was united in marriage to Mary F. Weathington of Richmond on November 5, 1970; she survives of the home.

Earl Dan Griffith

Earl Dan Griffith, 62, of Rayville, died unexpectedly Sunday, June 26, 2022, at Research Medical Center in Kansas City, from injuries sustained in a traffic accident. 

Earl was born on January 19, 1960, in Kansas City, the son of Daniel Lee and Juanita (Conness) Griffith, Sr.  He was united in marriage to Martha Jane Shipman of Gladstone, on June 13, 1987; she survives of the home.

Billie Frances (Thomas) Roberts

Body

Billie Frances (Thomas) Roberts, 95, of Orrick, MO, passed peacefully into the arms of Jesus shortly before 2 p.m. Thursday, July 7, 2022, at Shirkey's Nursing and Rehab Center, where she had resided since January 21. Her family had surrounded her the last several days just as she would have wanted.  She often said, "I just want all my kids together".

Eddie Lee Bingham

Eddie Lee Bingham of Wichita Falls, Texas passed away on July 1, 2022 at the age of 70. He was born on March 17, 1952 to Edgar Bethel and Margie Frances (Schwenson) Bingham in Richmond, Missouri. Eddie married Brenda Sue Calicott on May 8, 1970 in Orrick, Missouri. He retired from the United States Navy as a E-8 Senior Chief Petty Officer. Eddie was a carrier air traffic controller for 11 years. He was an instructor for 6 years. Eddie was a facility rated approach controller for 6 years.

Donald Knutter

Donald Knutter, 66, of Orrick, Missouri, passed away June 27, 2022 at home. Mr. Knutter was born September 20, 1955 in Kansas City, Missouri. 
 
Donald loved fishing and he was a small engine repairman for 30+ years. He was also in the Army. He also enjoyed tinkering in the garage. He was a 1974 graduate of Orrick High School. He was preceded in death by his mother Mary (2002), father Amos (2011) brother Eddie (2022). Donald passed away at home surrounded by family.
