Thomas Michael Bailey, 32, of Warsaw has been arrested for violating a court-ordered bond condition after being released on his own recognizance. Bailey, who is now being held without bail, is ordered to appear at 10:30 a.m.

New SNS hire connects community with music

With the goal of putting music back into the community, Special Needs Services (SNS) of Ray County participated in the Community at Play (CAP) Community Choir event inside the Ray County Library. Along with a new program, SNS board members hired Sydney Winders, 25, as their new board-certified music therapist.
