RICHMOND – Roughly $100,000 in improvements based on Americans with Disabilities Act, or ADA, requirements are good for everyone who uses Ray County Lake, the Missouri Department of Conservation’s regional maintenance supervisor, Blaine Adams, St. Joseph, said.
The 2022-23 Richmond FFA Chapter Officer team came together on May 23 and 24 at Richmond High School for an officer retreat. During the retreat, the officer team participated in team-building games, goal-setting workshops and activities to get to know one another.
RICHMOND — Jim Hardison officially joined Richmond’s City Council Tuesday evening after the election results of the June 7 runoff election had been approved. Hardison will represent Ward I for a term of one year, replacing Tom Williams, who was appointed to the seat when it became vacant.

RICHMOND – Allie Clubine Castilleja gave her dad an early birthday present: her induction into the Richmond High School Athletic Hall of Fame. Clubine Castilleja, a 2005 graduate and standout prep softball player, was inducted June 4 during the annual Hall of Fame banquet and ceremony in the high school commons area.
RICHMOND – The “greenspace” on the corner of Richmond’s downtown enters another phase of development. Phase 3 of this park project includes the addition of three concrete pads with pergolas, mulch, plants and rock.
