School district faces deficit lunch accounts again

Body Richmond R-XVI School District finds its students’ lunch balances negative again even after Richmond High School (RHS) students raised funds. District Operations Director Jeff Southwick reported the school has a deficit of $250 during a recent meeting of the school board.
