Robinson sentenced to seven years after jail escape

A case that once drew headlines for a violent jail escape attempt has now ended with a prison sentence in Ray County. Justin Jerome Robinson of Richmond pleaded guilty earlier this week to felony escape or attempted escape from confinement by striking a person and was sentenced to seven years in the Missouri Department of Corrections, according to court records.

New ag teacher sets sights on student growth, FFA expansion

Erik Harel studied horticulture and turf grass management at the University of Rhode Island before starting his own landscaping business, which he ran for five years.
