Holy Week Lunches call for movement to ‘return’

“A Movement of God, Returning to the Kingdom.” This was the theme for the annual event Holy Week Lunches, held April 3-6 and sponsored by the Richmond Ministerial Alliance. As the event’s name implies, there was a great deal of food each day at noon, along with a time of worship music, followed by a message from Scriptures. Volunteers from multiple local churches donated their skills, time, resources and their desires to serve others.

to PRO High heat, drop kicks, random observations and points that amuse are all part of the wide, wide world of sports at the community and national levels. With the Richmond News’ spring sports preview; a road trip to Hutchinson, Kan.; and the April holy days in the rearview mirror, I’m ready to pad my pickleball/pop music-related/travelrelated bucket list again.
