Body Two Richmond residents and a young Carrollton man were involved in a plane crash just before noon on July 13 in Osage Beach. Evan Vandiver, 19, of Richmond and Hayden Ritchhart, 22, of Carrollton succumbed to injuries at the scene of a plane crash.
