To honor local Veterans in Richmond, Dear Elementary hosted a Veteran’s Day Assembly last week. “This is our first veterans’ assembly since 2019 – we are excited to have veterans come into our building to honor them,” said Dear Elementary Principal Dr.

In light of Veteran’s Day, Griffith-Skiles American Legion Post #237 hosted a breakfast and program at the Richmond building. Post-Commander Jack Lauck spoke on behalf of the veterans. Post Chaplin Darrin and Cherie Daniel were tasked with memorial prayer and musical tributes.
