Halloween is just around the corner. Though the holiday is about dressing up, saying “trick or treat,” and telling scary stories, the Teal Pumpkin Project adds a whole new dimension to the holiday.

The 2023 Annual Ray County 4-H Recognition Event took over the Eagleton Civic Center last week. The annual event was sponsored by Richmond Farm Bureau, Richmond Rotary Club, FCS Financial, and Ray County 4-H Council.

Disc golf course opens to public

Spartan Ridge at Southview Park – a Richmond City and Richmond School Board (RSB) project - is open to the public. A ribbon-cutting ceremony occurred last week with the Richmond Area Chamber of Commerce along with Richmond City staffers and community members.
