Ideal opens recycling structure

Taking into consideration the community’s wants and the opportunities it would bring, Ideal Industries Incorporated (iii) opened a new and improved recycling center on Wednesday. Heather Pugh, executive director of the Richmond nonprofit organization, _____________________ declared the opening an “exciting time.” Funded through Mid America Regional Council (MARC) and the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, Pugh said iii teamed up with Show-Me Construction of Richmond, who built the structure.

To be included on the honor list, students must have carried a minimum of 12 hours and had grade point averages of 3.2 or above out of a possible 4.0.
Jail cell walls need improvements

The Ray County Commissioners have unanimously approved a bid to stabilize walls inside Ray County Jail cells. Safety concerns are raised due to multiple jail cells having walls that are “deteriorating and wobbly,” according to Ray County Sheriff Scott Childers.
