Body Wood Heights man James Wayne Woodruff Sr., 68, will face Eighth Judicial Circuit Court Judge Joseph Donald McGaugh at his next criminal setting hearing on Jan. 19 at 9 a.m.

Body Justin Robinson, a 40-year-old Richmond man, has a preliminary hearing scheduled for Tuesday, March 19 with Ray County Judge Lori Baskins at the Ray Circuit Court Division. Robinson had two cases totaling 18 felonies.

Body The Ray County Sheriff’s Department picked up the warrant entries on Tuesday after the Ray County 911 Board severed ties with the department in late September 2023. Between the two agencies, warrant entries and communications were not aligned.
