IT’S A BLOWOUT: 69-24

RICHMOND – The Knob Noster Panthers played like they expected to win when they took the opening kickoff and contested the game throughout the first half before Richmond adjusted and rolled to a 69-24 Oct. 15 homefield win.
WITH THE PANTHERS in striking distance in a 20-12 game, senior running back Evan Vandiver carries to the 3, but penalties send the ball back to the 34. Later, at the 23, quarterback Keyshaun Elliott tosses a TD pass to junior wideout Trevin Quick. Senior running back Aidan Ivison’s conversion puts the Spartans up 28-12, all they need to win. J.C.
