Body Brett Terry has his first dual win as Richmond’s boys tennis coach. Terry, who got his first dual win as Richmond’s girls tennis coach in September 2022 against Lexington, secured the “W” on April 13, when the Spartans thumped Cameron 8-1 at Maurice Roberts Park.

Body Orrick varsity track and field coach Kirk Thacker got a pleasant surprise on April 14. When the Norborne Pirate Invitational ended that afternoon at Spartan Stadium in Richmond, Thacker learned his Bearcats had won the boys portion of the meet.

Body TRIO OF CHAMPIONS A trio of champions of led Richmond Tuesday at the Central Methodist University High School Invitational at Fayette. Kaylee Pugh and Genevieve Didier were the individual champions for the Richmond girls, who placed second among 10 schools with 99 points.

Body David Rash is back coaching track and field. Rash, a former assistant track coach at Cameron and head coach at Orrick, is Richmond’s new varsity boys and girls coach.
