Hardin-Central superintendent’s corner

Body
As the shadow of my career grows longer behind me, and my time left at Hardin-Central dwindles, my overriding feeling is one of gratitude. Gratitude for: 1. A supportive School Board who remained true to our goals of academic success and large-scale facility improvements, regardless of any labels or “distinction.” Thank you for taking a chance on a young, inexperienced candidate back in 2016.

Holy Week Lunches call for movement to ‘return’

Body
“A Movement of God, Returning to the Kingdom.” This was the theme for the annual event Holy Week Lunches, held April 3-6 and sponsored by the Richmond Ministerial Alliance. As the event’s name implies, there was a great deal of food each day at noon, along with a time of worship music, followed by a message from Scriptures. Volunteers from multiple local churches donated their skills, time, resources and their desires to serve others.
