Ricky Alan Baker, 63, of Richmond, died Tuesday, August 24th, 2021, at North Kansas City Hospice House
Rick was born on September 6, 1957, in Richmond, Missouri the son of Kenneth Leroy and Mary Louise (Arnold) Baker.
Dorothy Maffitt passed peacefully away at Sunrise Assisted Living Facility in Overland Park, Kansas, on August 23. She was 98.
Barbara “Bobby” Charlene Lung was born to Charles Fred and Joyce Ann Lung on August 4, 1960 in Blackwater, Missouri. She passed away August 18, 2021 at Liberty Hospital.
Barbara spent her life being a homemaker. She loved being a mom and grandma. She will be missed dearly by her daughters, son in law and all six grandchildren.
Geneva was born on February 23, 1930, the daughter of Willie R. and Lillian (Bandy) Bales. She was united in marriage to Leonard E. Stevens in 1944; he preceded her in death in 1972.
Herbert Ralph Howard, 87, of Richmond, formerly of Braymer, passed away peacefully at his home, surrounded by his loving family, on Saturday, August 21, 2021.
Mr. Howard was born on December 23, 1933, in Hamilton, the son of Walter Leon and Pauline (Connor) Howard. Herbert was united in marriage to Georgia “Arnelle” Kepley of Braymer on March 15, 1952; she preceded him in death on February 12, 2013.
Larry Charles Riegel, 77, went to be with the Lord on August 19, 2021, after a short battle with Covid.
Larry was born on October 21, 1943, in Braymer, Missouri, the son of Alta (Cox) and Charles Riegel. He was the fourth child, having three older sisters. Larry’s mother died when he was in eighth grade, and his three sisters helped to raise him to be a loving, caring man. Larry graduated from Braymer High School in 1961, and then joined the United States Air Force.
Timothy Glen Gardner, 57, of Orrick, MO died on Friday, Aug. 13, 2021, of a sudden heart attack.
Timothy leaves his wife, LaVerne (Bunny) Gardner of the home; brothers, Tyler Robinson and Tom Gardner of Arizona; brother, Todd Lomas of California; father, William Gardner of Oregon; adoptive mom, Betty Davidson of Arizona; brothers and sisters-in-law; beloved nephews and nieces; and many dear friends.
Darrell Eugene Mullikin died Aug. 7, 2021, at the age of 66 at the Lee's Summit Medical Center. He was currently residing in Clinton with his wife of many years, Angela Green.
Darrell was born at the Excelsior Springs Hospital on Nov. 26, 1954, to Elinor E. Ward and Clyde E. Mullikin.
Christopher Wayne “Chris” Brenton, 52, of Richmond, died unexpectedly from complications of cancer, surrounded by his loving family, on Wednesday, August 11, 2021, at North Kansas City Hospital.
Chris was born on January 5, 1969, in Terre Haute, IN, the son of Estel Lee and Judith Ann (Kesling) Brenton. He was united in marriage to Jennifer Kay Reeves of Richmond on July 25, 2009; she survives of the home.
