Body Melvin Lee Claypole, 77, of Richmond, died Tuesday, Sept. 6, 2022.   He was preceded in death by his parents, Melvin Glen Claypole and Beulah Mae (Trindle) Claypole and a brother, Gary Lynn Claypole.

Body Ronald “Ronnie” Ford passed away on Sep. 6, 2022, at his home. He was born on Sep. 17, 1948, in Carrollton, MO.  He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Lola, his daughter, Debbie (Steve) Howerton, and his son, Steven Ford. Surviving siblings are Vickie, David, Mike, and Marty.

Body Shirley Ann (Clark) Harrison, 76, of Richmond, MO, formerly of Jefferson City, MO, passed away on Sep. 5, 2022, at Shirkey Nursing Home in Richmond, MO. She was born Feb. 2, 1946, in Polo, MO, to Roy L. and Cleota (Green) Clark of Richmond, MO. 

Body William Howard “Bill” Sneed, age 89, of Orrick, died on Saturday, Sep. 3, 2022, at his son’s residence surrounded by his loving family.  Bill was born on Aug. 10, 1933, in Huntsville, the son of Guy LeRoy and Bonnie (Rothwell) Sneed.

Body Arthur Victor “Artie” Horn, 70, Kearney, formerly of the Stet community, died on Wednesday, Aug. 31, 2022, at Liberty Hospital.  Artie was born on May 12, 1952, in Great Bend, KS, the son of Charles Francis and Vivian Cleo (Barger) Horn.

Body At the young age of 20, Stephen Michael Woolfolk was a passionately loving father, brother, son, and friend. 

Body Bruce Duane Burstert, 63, of Lexington, died unexpectedly Tuesday, Aug. 30, 2022, in Lexington.  Bruce was born on Oct. 17, 1958, in Topeka, KS, the son of Roy Francis “Buster” and Barbara Jean (Brooks) Burstert. 

Body Gregory Kent “Greg” Norris, 66, of Lee’s Summit, MO, formerly of Richmond, MO, and Columbia, MO, passed away unexpectedly on Aug. 19, 2022.  Greg was born in Lexington, MO, on May 10, 1956. 

Body Sandra Elizabeth Stapleton, 76 of Orrick, MO, passed away Aug. 17, 2022, at Liberty Hospital with her family by her side. Sandra was born on Nov. 18, 1945, in Kansas City, MO to Thomas Aaron Stapleton and Mildred Eileen (Ward) Stapleton.

Body Thurza Louise Falls, 69, of Richmond, died Thursday, Aug. 18, 2022, at North Kansas City Hospital.  Thurza was born on Mar. 29, 1953, in Lexington, the daughter of Aymon Stanley and Helen Louise (Sloan) Nevels.  She was united in marriage to William E.
