Garry Ronald Westher, 86, of Richmond, died Sunday, Jan. 26, 2020, at his home. Garry was born on Oct. 26, 1933, in Rochester, New York, the son of Russell E. and Jenny (Groenendale) Westher.

Harold Henry “Hank” Burnine, 87, of Higginsville, died Tuesday, Jan, 21, 2020, at Meyer Care Center in Higginsville. Hank was born on Nov. 9, 1932, in Henrietta, the son of Cleatus Van and Elsie Lee (Swafford) Burnine.
