Monday, May 19 At 12:11 p.m., Susan Annette Miles, 64, of Richmond, Mo., was arrested for assault – 3rd degree – special victim; endangering the welfare of a child creating a substantial risk – 1st degree – 1st offense – no sexual conduct; hindering prosecution of a felony; resisting/ interfering with arrest for a felony.
