DOWN TO THE NITTY-GRITTY

Body
TEARING DOWN the unused Ray- Carroll grain elevator on Old Highway 10 on Richmond’s west side takes Earthworks Excavating from Higginsville about three weeks. But wrecking the old building is not all doing the job requires.
