Body Deloris Bertha Plymell, 78, of Richmond, died Friday, July 9, 2021, at Shirkey Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Richmond, surrounded by her loving family. Deloris was born on September 29, 1942, in Slater, the daughter of Marvin Earl and Frances M. (Tennill) Fizer.

Body Burrill Eugene Rader, beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend to all, passed away from Covid complications, though being vaccinated, on Tuesday, July 6th, 2021 near his new home in Yorkville, IL.  

Body Gary Dean Turner, 86 of rural Excelsior Springs, MO, passed away Wednesday morning at his home with his family surrounding him.

Body R.G. Fields, 87, of Braymer, died Saturday, July 3, 2021, at Oak Ridge Assisted Living and Memory Care in Richmond.

Body Robert (Bob) Newton Griffing, 89, of Richmond, died peacefully on Friday, July 2, 2021, at NKC Hospital. Bob was born on September 23, 1931, to Jesse Arnold and Laveta Mae (Cox) Griffing in Ray County.

Body Mary Jane Sollars, 99, a resident of Richmond and a native of Gravity, IA. Mary passed away on Saturday, July 3, 2021, in Richmond.  She was born on a farm near Gravity, IA, on April 20, 1922, the daughter of Orren Cleaver and Emma May West.

Body Jimmie Ray “Muggs” Mullikin, 76, of Richmond, went to be with the Lord July 1st, 2021, at his home, surrounded by his loving family. Jimmie was born on September 27, 1944, in Excelsior Springs, the son of Elmer and Vivian (Ashby) Mullikin.

Body Dorothy Mae Cooper (91) of Independence, Missouri passed away June 29th, 2021. She was born July 11th, 1929, in Clinton, MO to George J. and Anna A. (Harrelson) Butler. She married Stanton F. Cooper of Henrietta on February 1st, 1947.

Body Carl Allen Rowan, 82, of Richmond, died Tuesday, June 29, 2021, at North Kansas City Hospital. Carl was born on November 27, 1938, on his family’s farm, near Knoxville, the son of Ray Lester and Zella (Travillion) Rowan.

Body Tamara Sue “Tammy” Wyse, 56, of Richmond, died Wednesday, June 23, 2021, at Kansas University Medical Center in Kansas. Tammy was born on July 7, 1964, in Kansas City, the daughter of Delmer and Goldie Jean (Frieben) Ohrenberg.
