Body RICHMOND – While taking Richmond High School graduation photographs, David Dice of Dice Photography said that, in his 35 years as a professional, he has covered memorable graduations.
GRADUATION is not typical due to the school year and graduation date changes forced on Missouri school districts by the novel coronavirus, COVID-19. Dice Photography photographer David Dice says the virus cut his business by about 95%. During a mock graduation ceremony, Richmond High School valedictorian Abby Vandiver receives her diploma from her mother, Richmond Board of Education President Penny Vandiver.
