Ethics commission fines Ray County commissioner

The Missouri Ethics Commission has fined Ray County Western Commissioner Bobby Don Davis $2,000 after determining he violated state campaign finance laws. The commission found probable cause that Davis and his campaign committee, the Committee to Elect Bobby Don Davis Ray County Western Commissioner, failed to file the required paperwork on time, according to the documents.
