Chamber raffles out trees

The Richmond Area Chamber of Commerce sold trees for community and chamber members to purchase and decorate for the public to raffle on. The winners were announced last weekend during festivities. Munger enters not guilty plea, 8 felony charges

A Ray County woman has entered a plea of not guilty on eight felony charges. Rachelle Munger, 44, of Excelsior Springs, is facing eight felony charges, including: two counts of enticement or attempted enticement of a child, actor 21 years of age or older and child less than 15 years of age; third-degree child molestation, child less than 14 years of age, and three counts of fourth-degree assault.
