Donkey basketball, a hit fundraiser that offers fun for everyone, is coming back to Richmond. Richmond High School (RHS) Future Farmers of America (FFA) students and FFA teacher Laura Allen are hosting donkey basketball – where students and teachers ride donkeys and play basketball at the same time.
911 Board addresses ongoing warrant issues

Reoccurring issues with warrant information was the topic of discussion in a recent meeting called by Ray County 911 Board with the Ray County Commissioners. Staff members from The Ray County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office and Sheriff’s Department were also to attend.
Residential mail delivery to change due to safety concerns

Postal employees continue to experience safety issues during mail delivery in the Wood Heights area, according Excelsior Springs Post Office City letter carrier Kyle Slusher, who addressed the problem with a letter sent to homes along the delivery route.
