RICHMOND – COVID-19 claimed the life of a doctor at Ray County Memorial Hospital, Dr. John E. Scowley, 72, Richmond, Dec. 30.
“He was around a lot of patients,” Presiding Commissioner Bob King said.
Shop With A Sheriff

RICHMOND – About twice as many people this year versus last received help through the Ray County Shop With a Sheriff program, organizer Melissa Perkins says while signing in families at Walmart. “This year, we have a total of 20 families with 44 kids to help out this year,” she says.
Falls avoidable
