Ray judge tamps down fund request

RICHMOND – Western Commisisoner Gary Wilhite discussed the idea of having those in the care of the Ray County Public Administrator’s Office reimburse the county. Wilhite called Public Administrator Shannon Wollard about the idea of reimbursements from her clients – people who are in some way incapacitated, lacking family who can care for them and for that reason are commended by the state into the hands of the Public Administrator’s Office.

‘Nunsense II: The Second Coming’ LITTLE SISTERS OF HOBOKEN ARE BACK

RICHMOND – Actors are in the habit of practicing their roles three times a week for “Nunsense II: The Second Coming.” Director Mac Rogers has had cast members practicing three times a week to present the Ray County Community Arts Association’s rendition of the musical comedy April 22-24 at the Farris Theatre. “The sisters are back and they’re putting on another benefit,” he said on stage a few minutes before rehearsal last week.
