RHS brings senior-laden squad into girls tennis campaign

And I guess she woke up in time.” ~ Brett Terry Brett Terry has something in his third season as the Richmond girls tennis coach that he didn’t have during his first two: a nucleus of senior players. And to hear Terry tell it, one senior is part of that nucleus because of an incident that some might interpret as a divine sign. Richmond’s roster boasts four seniors. For Terry, who also leads the boys program, that means he’ll finally get to stage a girls Senior Night. “Hopefully, (I’ll) get the banners and all that good stuff for them – … kind of like the other sports do,” he said during an Aug. 10 practice at Maurice Roberts Park. The senior group includes twins Tatum and Taylor McGlothlin. It also includes newcomers Hailee Green and Livia Cavanah.
