H-C boys undefeated
LUDLOW – Hardin-Central remains undefeated in varsity boys basketball.
The Bulldogs improved to 4-0 overall and 2-0 in Carroll-Livingston Activities Association play with Monday’s 63-36 Carroll-Livingston Activities Association road win over Southwest of Livingston County. Korbin Pugh paced the club by pouring in 27 points.
Pugh ranked among three Bulldogs, all seniors, in double figures. Mason Freece and Brayden Schick each contributed 12 points.
At press time, the Bulldogs looked to continue their winning streak Thursday against visiting Meadville. The Bulldogs had won three of their games by double digits entering the non-conference meeting. The lone singledigit victory came Dec. 2 at Tri-County, 59-51.
Freece led the Bulldogs past the Mustangs with 18 points, including 12 second-half points. Kameron Pugh with 14 and Korbin Pugh with 12 also scored in double figures.
