Andrea Leigh Akers, 58, of Richmond, MO passed away July 14th, 2023 at home. Celebration of Life will be held at 1pm July 22, 2023 at Stella’s Richmond, MO. Andrea was born November 27th 1964 in Okinawa Japan. Andrea most recently worked on the railroad, she spent many years as a PCT for Dialysis. Andrea was a graduate of Blue Springs High School and lived in Sweet Springs MO most of her life.

Andrea was preceded in death by her father Larry Payne and an Aunt Arlene Ramirez. Survivors include Mom Glenda Wade, 2 sisters Alisa Vincent and Aniesje Duncan, 3 sons Alex Schroeder( wife Rachel), Andrew Schroeder (wife Danielle), and Aaron Schroeder (wife Hayley), 10 grandchildren Braden Butts, Baylee Butts, Bryce Butts, Samantha Butts, Makenzie Schroeder, Riley Schroeder, Archer Schroeder, Bentley Schroeder, Heidi Schroeder, and Addison Schroeder.

Andrea loved being a grandmother and spending time with her grandchildren, she was a beloved mother, daughter, sister, and friend.
