Ray County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests handled recently by the department.

Monday, August 10

At 3:53 p.m., Johnathan Randall Estep, 27, of Henrietta, Mo., was arrested for stealing - $750 or more; property damage 1st degree; burglary – 2nd degree.

At 7:44 p.m., Brian Robert Edward Hatcher III, 30, of Kansas City, Ks., was arrested for domestic assault – 4th degree – 1st or 2nd offense; domestic assault – 3rd degree; domestic assault – 3rd degree.

At 9:05 p.m., Stephen Roy Martin, 54, of Richmond, Mo., was arrested for domestic assault – 2nd degree; domestic assault – 3rd degree; elder abuse 3rd degree.

At 10:43 p.m., Damien Lee Henderson, 47, of Excelsior Springs, Mo., was arrested for failed to display plates on motor vehicle/trailer; owner operating motor vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility (motor vehicle required to be registered) – 1st offense; failed to drive on righ half of roadway when roadway was of sufficient width – resulting in an accident…
