Firestorm Charities is continuing a longstanding tradition that brings riders and communities together to remember those affected by the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.

The organization will host the 9-11 Tribute to Heroes Ride on Sept. 5, beginning at Outlaw Harley- Davidson in Blue Springs and ending at Branded Outdoor Theater in Richmond.

Registration and checkin will begin at 9 a.m. at Outlaw Harley-Davidson, with a pancake breakfast available for $5 per person before riders depart at 11 a.m.
