Three area candidates have set their sights on a Ray County 911 Western District Board seat, which will be determined in the April 2 election. “There are no qualifications for anyone running for a board,” said Ray County Clerk Heather Graff-Maulsby.

Richmond High School (RHS) theater department is presenting its version of the play, Little Women, the Civil War story of love and family, based on Louisa May Alcott’s American classic. The play will be presented at 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday, March 1516, and at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 17 at the Farris Theater in Richmond. Tickets are $5 per student and $8 per adult.
