SAE begins for Richmond High FFA members
Richmond High School (RHS) Future Farmers of America (FFA) have started their Supervised Agricultural Experiences (SAE) and according to RHS FFA Advisor Laura Allen – it is going well.
Allen said during summer break, the FFA will engage in SAE for growth and productivity. SAE criteria involve the student’s experience program and are to be related to those industries served by agricultural education. Those industries include agriculture, horticulture and natural resources.
She schedules the SAEs and goes to supervise.
“RHS sophomore Wyatt Wierzbicki has several SAE projects which include raising sheep, vegetables and hay. He has an impressive flock of registered Southdown sheep he breeds and shows all over,” said Allen.
Allen also talked about RHS seniors, Taylor and Tatum McGlothlin.
