RCHH implements cutting-edge electronic health record system

A significant leap forward in healthcare technology has arrived at Ray County Hospital and Healthcare (RCHH) with the recent implementation of Epic, a state-of-the-art electronic health record system. This new platform replaces the hospital’s previous two-system setup, streamlining communication and improving patient care across all departments. The hospital’s transition to Epic has been a significant project, requiring over a year of preparation, training and testing. Project Management Officer Breanna Bredehoeft and Chief Nursing Officer Jere Nave have been instrumental in overseeing the implementation.
