HARDIN – Morgan Finley and Blake Logsdon are this year’s Ray County Fair Harold Strobel Citizen of Service Award recipients. Each will receive $250. Haylee Edwards also received a nomination. FINLEY Hardin-Central High School FFA advisor Joe Robinson nominated Finley. “It has truly been a privilege to work with Morgan over the last five years as her agriculture instructor and FFA advisor,” Robinson stated. Robinson praised Finley’s scholastic achievements, manners and work ethic, and expressed confidence that she will succeed at whatever tasks she might undertake in the future. “I am also confident that her leadership skills, work ethics, citizenship and service will excel as she continues to go and develop in these areas,” he stated.
