A jury trial date for Thomas Michael Bailey, 32, of Warsaw has been set to begin at 9 a.m. Monday, July 17 before Ray County’s Eighth Judicial Circuit Court Judge Kevin L. Walden, starting Monday, July 17. Bailey faces 14 felonies including: first-degree rape or attempted rape of a victim less than 12 years of age; four counts of first-degree sodomy or attempted sodomy of a victim less than 12 years old; tampering with a witness in a felony; three counts of person with serious infectious/communicable disease knowingly exposing another to disease, and five counts of incest.
