FRIDAY, DECEMBER 2 At 12:21 p.m., in the 900 block of Walton Way, a complainant reported an assault. The incident is currently under investigation. At 3:15 p.m., in the 500 block of Johnny Walker Lane, a complainant reported property damage to their vehicle. The incident is currently under investigation. At 7:49 p.m., in the 900 block of Walton Way, a business reported a burglary. Subsequently, a 43-year-old female from Richmond was arrested for burglary. A case has been sent to the State Prosecutor for further action. MONDAY, DECEMBER 5 At 7:33 a.m., near Spartan Drive and the south city limits, an officer conducted a traffic stop and subsequently arrested a 37-year-old Richmond male for driving without a license.
