A series of continuation issues resurfaced during public comment at a recent Ray County Commission meeting, including ongoing disturbance complaints tied to a local business, follow-up on a proposed digital zoning workflow system and renewed questions about MU Extension and 4-H funding. Much of the discussion centered on enforcement authority after Ray County resident Brianna Rock raised concerns about ongoing overnight music tied to a local business. The issue was discussed at a previous meeting, including testimony from Megan Pendleton about repeated noise complaints and contacts with law enforcement, referencing Rose Blossom Hill in Rayville.
