Body Editor's note: This is the corrected version of a story that was posted July 6.   Richmond varsity football coach Nick Persell and his Spartans are getting back to work this week. The Spartans are slated to kick off a team camp Monday on the Richmond High School campus.

Body Like Richmond, Hardin-Central’s cross country runners will take a short hop across the Missouri River Saturday.

Body This weekend, Kamaile Carroll and her Richmond colleagues will take their shortest road trip so far this high school cross country season. The Spartans are slated to run Saturday at the Battle of Lexington Invitational on the Lexington High School campus.

Body Richmond has two chances to get a win in April in varsity baseball – if the weather cooperates. The Spartans are scheduled to play Lathrop at 4:30 p.m. Friday at Southview Park in Richmond and Mid-Buchanan at 4:30 p.m. April 30, also at Southview.

Body Murray Dennis is in the sunset of his career as Richmond's golf coach. And four of his Spartans are in the sunset of their high school golf careers.
