Clay, KC ease virus rules; Ray unchanged

Body KANSAS CITY – With COVID-19 numbers improving, Kansas City Mayor Quinton Lucas and Clay County last week agreed to let bars bars and restaurants stay open until midnight, but masks and social distancing remain requirements.

Ray considers new EMS director

Body RICHMOND – Hardin Fire Chief Malcolm Cunningham endorsed Hardin Assistant Fire Chief Ryan Dickey as EMS director to the Ray County Commission. “He’s got experience with fire, he’s got experience with law enforcement,” Cunningham said.
