Richmond man denied bond in kidnapping, assault case

A Richmond man accused in a violent domestic incident will remain in custody after a judge denied his request to modify the conditions of his bond. Caleb Wayne Hall, 25, is charged with four felonies, including first-degree domestic assault, second-degree kidnapping, first-degree tampering with a motor vehicle and third-degree domestic assault.

A longtime Richmond coach has been inducted into the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame, recognizing a career spanning decades and leaving a lasting impact on students, athletes and the community. Rob Bowers, who spent more than three decades coaching high school football in Missouri, including two extended tenures at Richmond High School, was selected as a member of the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame’s Class of 2026.
