City crew discovers, repairs main line leak

Body Richmond Public Works Department personnel were fortunate when discovering and treating a water leak recently, according to City Manager Tonya Willim. In materials sent to city leaders, Willim stated personnel found the leak in a 4-inch water main on Shotwell Street.
