I attended a meeting at the Missouri State Capitol in Jefferson City regarding the future of state Highway A. Also attending this discussion were Hardin residents, as well as school, federal, state and county representatives. And then there was me – standing aside and perceiving it all on my own field trip — my first to the capitol since the fifth grade.
