The Richmond News, Mar. 3, 2023 Richard Stigall Richard Allen Stigall, 87, of Richmond, died Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2023, at Oak Ridge Assisted Living in Richmond. Richard was born on Oct. 18, 1935, in Henrietta, the son of Allen Duffett and Viola “Thelma” (Rinkenbaugh) Stigall. He was united in marriage to Karen Sue Edgar of Richmond on Dec. 4, 1988. She survives of the home. Additional survivors include: his son, Richard Allen (Krista) Stigall II of Overland Park, Kan.; three daughters, Rita Ann Williams and Nita Sue (Stuart) Dietz, both of Independence, and Stacey Diane (Douglas) King of Lee’s Summit; seven grandchildren, Mandy (Robert) Baldwin, Robin Reary, Melissa (Jacob) Bledsoe, Nolan Williams, Ellie Stigall, EmmaRae (Zachary) Carroll and Grace King; 10 great-grandchildren, Lilie Reary, Maura Bell, Lucas Bledsoe, Logan Bledsoe, Lena Bledsoe, Daisy Reary, Parker Baldwin, Alex Baldwin, Abby Baldwin and one-on-the-way, Griffin Isaac Carroll; and brother, Gary (Ellen) Stigall of…
