New year, evolving me
You notice how every new year comes along and there is this amplified energy? Everyone and their mom renew their gym memberships and write down large goals which could be seen as “unattainable.” All mostly because it is the “new year.”
This time, slowing down sounds a tad better — being able to relax, letting everything unravel at its own pace and moving with the tide. To have goals for this upcoming year is excellent, but I do not want to get caught up in the “new year, new me” mix. “New year, evolving me” is my motto this year, to constantly be the caterpillar and the butterfly.
The meaning behind this is no matter how many times someone learns something new, they will never know it all. We will never have all the answers (like Google) and will never be satisfied.
Let us take metamorphosis as an example. Metamorphosis is the transformation of a caterpillar, to a cocoon, then a butterfly.
