In my role as a journalist, I embark on a constant journey of discovery. Each day presents a unique story to uncover and every event location bears its own distinct character. My career commenced with reporting on crime and court cases and it has now evolved to the point where I serve as the primary news writer for Excelsior Springs. While my exposure to sports reporting has been limited, I have contributed by covering a few games across different sports. I firmly believe that a journalist should strive to gain experience in all facets of news reporting. This diversity of experience not only makes us well-rounded but also proficient in our field, inspiring us to constantly learn and grow. Recently, I had the incredible opportunity to attend a prestigious sporting event, thanks to The Richmond New’s Sports Editor, Shawn Roney.
