Have you truly thought your Christmas was gone before? In 2007, I thought the Grinch was real and he stole my Christmas. My family lived in Armourdale, KS and I attended John Fiske Elementary. I was an impressionable little girl and like all children, believed Santa Claus was ominous like God. My favorite Christmas movies were The Grinch, The Santa Claus movies and all stop-motion Christmas movies. Long story short, Christmas time is engaging and I had been on the good list that year – or so I thought. It was Christmas morning, and bright-eyed and bushytailed, I ran to the tree. The Christmas tree was located in the front room, which was closed off by a curtain due to the lack of heat. I ran through the curtains to find it all gone.
