Wanda Louise Holloway, 88, of Excelsior Springs, passed away Oct. 6, 2020. Visitation was from noon to 2 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2020, at the First Church of the Nazarene in Excelsior Springs, with funeral services beginning at 2. Burial followed at South Point Cemetery in Orrick.

Mrs. Holloway was born Oct. 14, 1931, in Weston to Francis and Lena Mae Yates. She graduated in 1949 from Orrick High School. Wanda was a certified nurse’s aide in Excelsior Springs for 20-plus years. She was a devoted member of the First Church of the Nazarene.

In death, she joins her parents; her brother, Nelson Yates; her husband of 19 years, Philip Curry; and her husband of 17 years, Claude Holloway; her son, Richard Holloway; her daughter, Susan Curry; and her daughter, Mary Fausett.

She is survived by her son, Gary (Wendy) Curry; daughters, Cynthia (David) Cunningham, Michelle Ham, Linda Tucker, Sandra (Scott) Saville, Carolyn (Joe) Thomas, Christy (John) Graham; sister, Joyce Priddy; and brother, Royce Yates. She also is survived by 30 beloved grandchildren, and many great- and great-great-grandchildren.
